Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A deposit equal to 25% of the service price is required to book every appointment at ME Studio. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service when you attend your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. When you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit remains available as a credit toward a future appointment at ME Studio.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, your deposit is forfeited. No additional cancellation fee will be charged for that appointment.

If We Cancel

If ME Studio needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose a full refund of your deposit or keep it as a credit toward a new appointment.
